In 2009, he graduated from Kharkiv National Automobile and Road University majoring in "Bridges and Transport Tunnels", master's degree in construction.

From 2008 to 2011, he was a design engineer of the 3rd category of the department of engineering structures of Kharkiv Promtransproekt Institute CJSC.

 From 2011 to 2017, he was the leading engineer of the artificial structures department of the Transport Infrastructure Design Institute LLC.

In 2017-2019, he was a leading engineer of the design department of Transelectroproekt LLC.

Since 2019, he is a leading engineer at LLC "Expert Center "Engineering Structures".

Since 2023, a graduate student of the Department of Bridge Structures and Construction Mechanics named after V.O. Russian
