09 лютого 2023 року відбулося I засідання Генеральній Конференції Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО. Воно пройшло у змішаному форматі на платформі МЗС.
До участі були Секретаріат Урядового уповноваженого з питань гендерної Політики; Члени Національної комісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО; сектори Нацкомісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО, які функціонують на платформах Міністерства культури та інформаційної політики України; Міністерства освіти і науки України; Міністерства захисту довкілля та природних ресурсів України; Міністерства молоді та спорту України; Національної академії наук України; Міжнародного науково-навчального центру інформаційних технологій і систем НАН та МОН України також були запрошені асоційовані члени Національної Комісії, серед яких були представники Харківської міської ради, Мережі міст ЮНЕСКО, що навчаються; мережі Асоційованих шкіл ЮНЕСКО, членів партнерської мережі «Програма ЮНІТВІН/ Кафедри ЮНЕСКО». ХНАДУ був представлений в заході кафедрою ЮНЕСКО «Екологічно чисті технології» - 409, в заході прийняла участь д. т. н., професор Наталія Внукова.
Порядок денний Першої сесії Генеральної конференції Національної комісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО був дуже напружений. Спочатку пролунало привітальне слово представника ЮНЕСКО в Україні Кьяри Бардескі (англ. мовою), в якому було загострено основні стратегічні задачі ЮНЕСКО та підтверджено партнерські обов’язки щодо допомоги Україні з боку організації. Вступне слово Голови Національної комісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО Еміне Джапарової включало до себе ключові моменти , такі як завершення реформи Нацкомісії, напрями векторів та узгодження роботи секторів, обговорення та затвердження оновленого складу Національної Комісії; затвердження Стратегії Нацкомісії, зовнішньополітичні здобутки України в ЮНЕСКО (рішення по Криму, допомозі, «група друзів»); електоральна проблематика; підготовка до 42-ї сесії Генеральної конференції ЮНЕСКО, ініціативи від України. Було обговорено інші питання.

On February 9, 2023, the first session of the General Conference of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO was held. It was held in a mixed format on the platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Secretariat of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy issues took part; Members of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO; sectors of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, which function on the platforms of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine; Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine; Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine; National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Associate members of the National Commission of the International Scientific and Educational Center of Information Technologies and Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine were also invited, including representatives of the Kharkiv City Council, the Network of UNESCO Learning Cities; of the UNESCO Associated Schools network, members of the UNITWIN Program/UNESCO Chairs partner network. KHNADU was represented at the event by the UNESCO Chair "Ecologically Clean Technologies" - 409, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nataliia Vnukova took part in the event.
The agenda of the First Session of the General Conference of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO was very busy. First, the welcoming speech of the representative of UNESCO in Ukraine Chiara Bardeschi (in English) was heard, in which the main strategic tasks of UNESCO were sharpened and the partnership obligations regarding assistance to Ukraine from the side of the organization were confirmed.The opening speech of the Head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, Emine Japarova, included key points such as the completion of the reform of the National Commission, directions of vectors and coordination of the work of sectors, discussion and approval of the updated composition of the National Commission; approval of the Strategy of the National Commission, foreign policy achievements of Ukraine at UNESCO (decisions on Crimea, aid, "group of friends"); electoral issues; preparation for the 42nd session of the UNESCO General Conference, an initiative from Ukraine. Other issues were discussed.
