Член Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО , завідувач кафедри екології , ЮНЕСКО «Екологічно чисті технології», д .т. н, проф. Наталія Володимирівна Внукова в квітні 2023 року прийняла участь у першому засіданні робочої групи міста Харкова з питань реалізації заходів у рамках роботи Національної комісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО. Харківський міський Голова приділяє особливу увагу розвитку міжнародного вектору інтеграції Харкова до світової спільноти. Місто активно працює у форматі великих програм ЮНЕСКО , таких як «ОСВІТА», «ПРИРОДНИЧІ НАУКИ», «СОЦІАЛЬНІ ТА ГУМАНІТАРНІ НАУКИ» ; «КУЛЬТУРА» ; «КОМУНІКАЦІЯ ТА ІНФОРМАЦІЯ». У листопаді 2021 року місто Харків було включено до 
Мережі креативних міст у галузі музики. Активізацію роботи за результатами першої Генеральної Конференції Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО ( відбулася у лютому 2023 року), було ініційовано Розпорядженням Харківського міського Голови від 6 квітня 2023 року . Було створено робочу групу , у склад якої запросили до участі професора Наталію Володимирівну ВНУКОВУ.
Перша зустріч була напруженою за низкою питань, які було запропоновано для обговорення. За Регламентом засідання першим питанням відбувся виступ першого заступника міського голови, члена Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО, голови робочої групи Олександра Миколайовича Новака . Він проінформував учасників зустрічі про створення і склад робочої групи та оголосив план роботи. Вторим питанням відбувся виступ Члена Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО , завідувача кафедри екології , ЮНЕСКО «Екологічно чисті технології», д .т. н, проф. Наталії Володимирівни Внукової як експерта з досвідом роботи у міжнародній організації ЮНЕСКО та Національній Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО. Потім відбулися доповіді з пропозиціями від членів робочої групи з питань реалізації заходів у рамках роботи Національної комісії України у справах ЮНЕСКО. Професором Н. В. Внуковою було анонсовано проведення міжнародного заходу на базі ХНАДУ - Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «ГАЛУЗЕВІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ – 2023», яку включили в загальний план заходів по сектору «наука». В рамках конференції заплановано проведення круглого столу «Синергія освітніх, наукових, управлінських та промислових компонентів для управління кліматом та запобігання зміні клімату» – виклики та інструменти ефективної реалізації за участі Секретаріату Національної Комісії України в справах ЮНЕСКО та Координаційної ради мережи кафедр ЮНЕСКО/ЮНІТВІН в Україні . Проведення якого планується за підтримки Європейського проєкту Erasmus+ «Синергія освітніх, наукових, управлінських та промислових компонентів для управління кліматом та запобігання зміні клімату»/СLIMAN (Synergy of educational, scientific, management and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention). За результатами засідання було затверджено дорожню карту м. Харкова з реалізації завдань в рамках співпраці з Національною комісією України у справах ЮНЕСКО на 2023 рік.
Member of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, Head of the Department of Ecology, UNESCO "Ecologically Clean Technologies", On April, 2023, D.T.sc., prof. Nataliia Volodymyrivna Vnukova took part in the first meeting of the working group of the city of Kharkiv on implementation of measures within the framework of the work of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. Kharkiv City Mayor pays special attention to the development of the international vector of Kharkiv's integration into the world community. The city actively works in the format of large UNESCO programs, such as "EDUCATION", "NATURAL SCIENCES", "SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN SCIENCES"; "CULTURE"; "COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION". In November 2021, the city of Kharkiv was included in the Network of creative cities in the field of music.
The activation of work based on the results of the first General Conference of the National Commission of Ukraine on UNESCO (held in February 2023) was initiated by the Order of the Kharkiv Mayor dated 6 April 2023. A working group was created, in which professor Nataliia Volodymyrivna Vnukova was invited to participate. The first meeting was tense on a number of issues that were proposed for discussion.According to the Regulations of the meeting, the first question was the speech of the first deputy mayor, member of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, head of the working group Oleksandr Mykolayovych Novak. He informed the participants of the meeting about the creation and composition of the working group and announced the work plan. The second issue was addressed by the Member of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO, Head of the Department of Ecology, UNESCO "Ecologically Clean Technologies", , D.T.sc., prof. Nataliia Volodymyrivna Vnukova as an expert with work experience in the international organization UNESCO and the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. Then there were reports with proposals from members of the working group on the implementation of measures within the framework of the work of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. Professor N.V. Vnukova announced the holding of an international event on the basis of the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University - the International scientific and practical conference "INDUSTRY PROBLEMS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY - 2023", which was included in the general plan of activities in the "science" sector. As part of the conference, it is planned to hold a round table "Synergy of educational, scientific, managerial and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention" - challenges and tools for effective implementation with the participation of the Secretariat of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO and the Coordination Council of the UNESCO/UNITWIN Chairs Network in Ukraine .The implementation of which is planned with the support of the Erasmus+ European project "Synergy of educational, scientific, management and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention"/CLIMAN . According to the results of the meeting, the road map of the city of Kharkiv for the implementation of tasks in the framework of cooperation with the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO affairs for 2023 was approved.
