За підтримки европейського проекту Project Erasmus R2 DAAD : Transformational Learning Network for Resilience – Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN) 16-го червня 2025 року стартувала третя літня школа «Інноваційні практики». Школа є заключною в реалізації завдань проекту зі створення міждисциплінарних курсів за кращими європейськими практиками для допомоги української вищої школі в умовах пост-військового відновлення України. Структура школи комбінована. Перша лекційна частина школи охоплює вісім загальних лекційних модулів другого курсу «Сталі бізнес-моделі» (Sustainable business models (SBMod)): основи сталих бізнес-моделей; циркулярна економіка та бізнес; впровадження ESG: інтеграція принципів сталого розвитку в бізнес-стратегії ; візуалізація багатовимірних даних; екологічні інновації та бізнес-планування; фінансові аспекти сталих бізнес-моделей; звітність та комунікація сталого бізнесу; корпоративна кліматична відповідальність. Друга частина школи відбудеться офлайн у Жешувський політехниці імені Ігнація Лукасевича (Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza), Польща. Завдяки ректору і колегам Ржешувської політехніки за фінансування європейського проекту Erasmus R2_DAAD : Трансформаційна мережа навчання для стійкості - Сприяння українській вищій освіті у забезпеченні сталого та надійного відновлення (післявоєнної) України (TransLearnN) літню школу пілотування курсу заплановано провести в одному з кампусів університету, який розташовано у заповідному містечку Безмехова Гора. Вона передбачає практичне опрацювання інноваційних кейсів, придбання під час роботи в аудиторіях компетенцій з державного управління представників економічних секторів; громадського активізму.
Робоча програма міждисциплінарного курсу «Сталі бізнес-моделі (SBMod)» передбачає ознайомлення з сучасними викликами, ризиками та можливостями, з якими стикається бізнес в контексті сталого розвитку, вивчення рамок, стратегій та інструментів для трансформації бізнес-практик у сталі організації. Пілотування курсу під час літньої школи має на меті провести апробацію і отримати від експертів зворотній зв'язок щодо досягнення результатів навчання ,таких як: знання про шляхи трансформації від звичайного бізнесу до сталої моделі; вміння оцінювати передумови для впровадження принципів сталого розвитку в бізнес-процеси та оцінювати сталість бізнес-моделі організації; здатність розробляти стратегію сталого розвитку організації від формулювання ідеї до комунікації з різними зацікавленими сторонами в різних організаційних контекстах; побудова комунікації з внутрішніми та зовнішніми стейкхолдерами; здатність проектувати рішення та розробляти плани для сталих бізнес-дій та ініціатив. Курс розробили разом команди університетів – партнерів міжнародного Консорціуму TransLernN: Український національний лісотехнічний університет (Ukrainian National Forestry University), Національний транспортний університет (National Transport University), Униветситет сталого розвитку Єберсвальде ( Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development), Житомирська політехніка ( Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University); Приазовський державний технічний університет ( State higher educational institution "Pryazovskyi State Technical University) Одеський національний Університет імені Мечнікова (Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University); Миколаївський національний університет кораблебудування імені адмирала Макарова (Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding),Харьковский нациоальній автомобильно - дорожній университет (Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University). Бажання опанувати міждісциплінарний курс курс висловили 103 студенти із різних міст України , які долучилися до літньої школи.

With the support of the European project Project Erasmus R2_DAAD: Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN), the third summer school ‘Innovative Practices’ started on 16 June 2025. The school is the final one in the implementation of the project's objectives to create interdisciplinary courses based on the best European practices to help Ukrainian higher education in the context of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The structure of the school is combined. The first lecture part of the school covers eight general lecture modules: basics of sustainable business models; circular economy and business; ESG implementation: integrating sustainability principles into business strategies; multidimensional data visualisation; environmental innovation and business planning; financial aspects of sustainable business models; sustainable business reporting and communication; corporate climate responsibility. The second part of the school will be held offline at the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Rzeszow University of Technology (Politechnika Rzeszowska im. Ignacego Łukasiewicza), Poland. Thanks to the Rector and colleagues of the Rzeszow University of Technology for funding the European project Erasmus R2_DAAD: Transformational Learning Network for Sustainability - Supporting Ukrainian Higher Education in Ensuring Sustainable and Resilient Recovery of (Post-War) Ukraine (TransLearnN), the summer school piloting the course is planned to be held at one of the university's campuses located in the protected town of Bezmechowa Gora. It involves the practical development of innovative cases, the acquisition of competencies in public administration by representatives of economic sectors and social activism during classroom work.
The curriculum of the interdisciplinary course ‘Sustainable Business Models (SBMod)’ provides for an introduction to the current challenges, risks and opportunities faced by business in the context of sustainable development, studying the framework, strategies and tools for transforming business practices into sustainable organisations. The piloting of the course during the summer school aims to test and receive feedback from experts on the achievement of learning outcomes, such as: knowledge of the ways of transformation from a conventional business to a sustainable model; ability to assess the prerequisites for implementing sustainable development principles in business processes and assess the sustainability of the organisation's business model; ability to develop a sustainable development strategy for the organisation from formulating an idea to communicating with different stakeholders in different organisational contexts; building a The course was developed jointly by teams of universities - partners of the international TransLernN Consortium: Ukrainian National Forestry University; National Transport University; Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development; Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University; Pryazovskyi State Technical University; Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University); Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding in Mykolaiv; Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. A total of 103 students from different cities of Ukraine who joined the summer school expressed their desire to take the interdisciplinary course.
